Our General Home inspection includes all of the following areas of the home, as long as they are visible and safely accessible to the inspector:

• Foundation, crawlspace, basement
• Roof, chimney, guttering
• Attic
• Exterior, siding, trim, doors, windows
• Interior, ceiling, walls, floors
• Electrical panels and devices
• Plumbing systems and fixtures
• Heating and cooling systems
• Fixed appliances

Our New Construction Phase Inspection ensures that the home is inspected after each phase in a home’s construction. This step-by-step inspection allows the buyer or builder to know that every component of the home is free from defect before moving on to the next one.

Our New Construction Phase Inspection consists of the following phases:

Phase 1 - Foundation (slab, basement, or crawlspace)

Phase 2 -  Pre-Drywall (plumbing, heating, electrical, and framing

Phase 3 - Final Home Inspection 

Our 11th Month Inspection is prior to the expiration of the 1 year warranty period that most builders offer on new construction.  Having the home inspected during the 11th month of the warranty gives the owner time to have covered damages and defects repaired. 

Re-Inspections offer peace of mind to homebuyers and owners that all of the defects and damages in the home have been repaired. This inspection can be performed as a follow-up to the General Home Inspection after the correction list has been addressed. 

Sellers who schedule a Pre-Listing Home Inspection often find that they have an easier time moving their home once it’s on the market. These inspections are similar to the General Home Inspection and are performed before a home is listed for sale, giving the seller time to repair any damages before potential buyers see the home. 

It is recommended that homeowners schedule Home Maintenance Inspections every 2 years. This gives homeowners the ability to discover small and manageable maintenance issues before they  grow into expensive repairs.

While this is not a full inspection, we will check the major maintenance areas of your home such as:   

• Attics 
• Crawlspaces 
• Exterior walls 
• Interiors 
• Plumbing fixtures 
• Electrical systems 
• Roof 
• Heating and A/C systems (Weather permitting) 
• Safety concerns
